I’m excited to share with you my upcoming interview series with some pretty amazing women from the health and fitness industry.
These gals — all engaged or newlywed — are dropping by mindbodybride with their top wellness tips for busy brides to be. They lift the lid on their own engagement experiences to share insider information on what fitness, nutrition and wedding stress-busters worked for them, and what didn’t go quite as planned.
Like you and me, these ladies believe that being a bombshell bride is about enjoying the journey, flaunting it on your wedding day and living with health and happiness for the ever after. They know how to treat their body in a way that makes it look and feel amazing on the inside and out, and in the coming weeks they will be sharing it all with you!
The series begins with the lovely newlywed, Whitney English who shares how life got in the way of her bridal body plans, the perfect way to start your wedding day, and her favorite leg exercise for toning that bridal booty.
The third and final interview is with the very talented Erin Laurie from Charlotte, NC. Erin is the perfect example of balanced healthy living during her engagement — she eats well, exercises but also knows when and how to chill out.
