- You need 1 set of medium weights (5 – 12 pounds)
- Set One: Repeat Move A for 45 seconds, rest 15 seconds, and repeat Move B for 45 seconds. Perform three rounds. Rest 60 seconds.
- Repeat for Set Two, Three & Four.
