Now that I live in Los Angeles I appreciate the benefit of home-workouts more than ever. While I love attending group classes every now and again, sitting in traffic, and arriving early to sign waivers, and get a good space on the gym floor, turns a 60 minute workout into a two-hour event.

Most days I simply don’t have two hours to lose — and that’s without a wedding to plan. Not to mention the fact that I rarely workout for 60 minutes anymore.

I also love exercising at home. I like being able to blare the music as loud as I want, I like that I don’t need to remember a water bottle, and that I can wear my daggiest (Australian speak for unfashionable) workout clothes. Do you feel me?!

So pull out your oldest tank top, scrunch your hair into a ponytail, get those beats pumping, and press play on today’s workout.
