This 9 minute inner thigh workout will tone those (troublesome) upper inner thighs in no time.
All you need is an exercise mat and a smile on your face… believe me, the move that starts at 6:07 is a total “grin and bear it” kind of thing.
I recommend starting with my previous workout, which focused on the outer thighs, and then immediately following up with this one for the adductors (aka inner thighs).
