I think it’s a no-brainer to assume that you want lean, sculpted arms before your big day. This workout will be just the ticket, especially with its focus on the tricep muscle (those jiggly bits at the back of your upper arm!)
You need an exercise band and a set of lightweights; if you don’t have an exercise band you can use the lightweights only. Each move is 60 seconds followed by a 15 second rest to transition. You can move faster or slower than I am demonstrating in this video, depending on your skill level.
